Wholesale Policy

Wholesale Purchasing

Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid ABN for the purpose of resale only.

You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your ABN and a description of your business.

No reorder minimum.

Payment is required in full before goods are shipped.

Please note that Afterpay is not an acceptable payment method for wholesale orders. Orders paid for with Afterpay will be cancelled immediately.

Current turn around on orders is between 3 days and 2 weeks depending on availability.

At this time, we do not offer drop-shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel wholesale access if Darling Bee Jewellery items are not being well maintained and displayed.

We do not allow our products to be sold on consignment.

 

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

Cancellations and changes are accepted within 24 hours of ordering.

Any cancellation after 24 hours will incur a charge of 20% of the total order. This is due to the fact that manufacture of the items ordered will have commenced. Please contact us regarding changes as we may be able to substitute an item if it has not already been made for your order.

 

Shipping

A standard $20 shipping charge applies to all orders under $1000. Free shipping on orders over $1000.

We ship all orders express via Australia Post.

At present, we keep a limited supply of items ready for dispatch. If your selected items are ready for dispatch they will be shipped the day following your order.

If the items ordered require manufacture there may be a 1 to 2 week delay to dispatch times. We will notify you if this is the case.

Always double check your shipping information is correct at checkout before confirming your purchase. We bare no responsibility for delivery to an incorrectly provided address and charges may apply to resend items.

 

Selling Online

We understand that many of our retail stockists sell online in addition to their brick and mortar stores; with this in mind we offer a PDF containing stories, descriptions and RRP for each of our items and a file containing all associated photographs to make listing our products online as easy as possible.

Online seller Requirements:

Resellers must have their own web address and an up to date privacy policy available on their website.

Items may not be sold through any online auction sites such as eBay.

 

Wholesale Returns

Returns are accepted for goods damaged in transit or those found to have manufacturing error.

To be returned for exchange items must meet the following criteria.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in saleable condition. For this to be so, the item including all packaging must be returned in full, unused and undamaged.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

NB: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Items may vary piece to piece, inconsistency if design is not grounds for return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any issues arise.

Our privacy policy, which you can read here, applies to both our retail and wholesale customers.
